MONITORING
Our monitoring is done through a UL approved Central
station. They are there for you 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
WHEN YOUR ALARM DOES GO OFF:
It will send a signal through your phone line to the central station telling them which zone in your house has been violated.
The central station will then call the premises, if there is no answer or someone answers but does not have the pass code that you provide us with the central station will contact the proper authorities and they will be dispatched to your home.
-If there could be a possible break in then the central station dispatches your local police department.
-If the signal sent to the central station is for a fire alarm the fire department will then be dispatched to your home.
-If there is a medical emergency then an ambulance can be dispatched.
Once the appropriate authorities are dispatched the central station will then proceed to call the contacts on your emergency list to inform them of the activity that occurred.
If the alarm was set off by accident when the central station calls they will verify that it is you by requesting your password and information and no further action will be taken.
